City Treasurer Neely and Visa Inc. Launch Financial Literacy Initiative for 35,000 Municipal Employees

In an effort to help City of Chicago employees manage their money during these difficult economic times, Chicago Treasurer Stephanie D. Neely and Visa Inc. announced today they would be launching a free, comprehensive money management program for all 35,000 municipal workers.
The 'Chicago Practical Money Skills' program, unveiled today at Visa's Financial Literacy and Education Summit at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, will be distributed in May to city employees with their pay stubs.
